  • Do You Accept My Dental Insurance?

We are now in-network with the following:

    • Delta Dental
    • Guardian
    • United Concordia
    • Metlife
    • Principal
    • Humana
    • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • Cigna

But we will also be happy to file any dental insurance that a patient has. Our goal is to help our patients maximize their benefits.

The world of dental insurance can be difficult to navigate, but our team can help answer any questions that you may have about your dental coverage. We can always check your coverage before any treatments are performed, and we can help you stay informed about your costs at all times. The best way to figure out your coverage and costs is to visit the dentist for a consultation. Once you know the exact level of treatment you need, you can figure out your costs.

  • My Insurance Is Not "In-Network", Now What?

  • What Is Sedation Dentistry Like?

There are a few different levels of sedation that we offer - nitrous (laughing gas), and minimal sedation. Dr. Falkenberg will prescribe the best one for you based on the treatment you need.  When sedated, you will feel very relaxed. With minimal sedation, you will take a pill (triazolam) 90 minutes before your appointment. Most patients will not remember the appointment while minimally sedated. With sedation, Dr. Falkenberg can offer you a more comfortable experience.
